Wedding Package
This Wedding Package cost $3,200.00 USD
The following items are included in any wedding package, however it is a start for the planning of your most special celebration and it may be possible to modify it based on your wedding needs. All prices are in US dollars and include taxes. Please also view our wedding photo gallery.
Legal or Symbolic Ceremony
There are various ways to be married here. You can choose a legal ceremony that requires blood tests and legal paperwork to be completed within Mexico. Or, you can have a symbolic ceremony on the beach and have your legal marriage performed at home - either prior to or after your trip to Mexico.
- Option A - A legal ceremony is performed by a local municipal judge in Spanish only. (translation can be provided) Blood tests are required in Mexico along with 4 witnesses with proper documentation (passport & tourist card). Both the wedding couple and witnesses must be in Mexico 5 business days prior to the ceremony.
- Option B - A symbolic, religious ceremony is performed by a local non-denominational clergyman in either Spanish or English. The minister will supply a marriage certificate from his church. (Catholic priests will not perform marriages outside the church).
- Option C - Your own symbolic ceremony: The wedding couple can create their own vows/ceremony to be read by any individual designated by you.

Ceremony Setting
The site is located on our beautiful white sand beach with the turquoise waters of the Caribbean as the background. A podium of native woods is surrounded by coconut and palm greenery. Tiki torches help provide lighting and ambiance for sunset ceremonies. Seating for up to 100 people and a microphone can be provided. Indoor options are also available if you prefer or if the weather requires it.

- The Reception & Dinner
- Cocktails are served around the Aventura pool. Your musicians will provide a nice atmosphere while your guests chat and mingle.
- Later, the festivities will move on to the main dining restaurant "La Loma". This is the area where all guests of the resort have dinner each evening. A special seating area and décor will be provided for the wedding party. The meal will consist of the menu of the day, but lobster may be substituted for the main course at USD $18.00 per person.
- The resort's nightly room rate includes breakfast and dinner. Therefore, the cost of this reception dinner is already included in your guests' room payments. Lunch option not available for wedding guest on the day of the reception dinner or additional charges will be applied. Non-resort guests will be charged $25.00 per person.

Optional Items You May Add to the Package
Reception & Buffet Dinner in the Aventura Dining Area
The Aventura reception area is available for larger groups (30 or more guests) that desire a more elaborate and private setting and flexibility for the evening's activities. The Aventura area boasts a gorgeous dining room and a separate bar and dancing area. It is suitable for the ceremony, reception, dinner, and dancing. You'll have more leeway in the timing and flow of activities with this option.
(Note: other resort guests will be allowed access through the outdoor area at all times)
- When the group has confirmed pre-paid room reservations in excess of 60 room nights, the rental of the Aventura reception area is included free of charge - available for one night only.
- For wedding parties with fewer than 60 room nights that would like to use the Aventura reception area, the charge is $750.00 USD - available for one night only.
The dinner option for the Aventura area is a beautiful buffet and is normally set up after the ceremony/cocktail hour. There are various bar and menu options available. The rental of the Aventura reception area is for the facility only and does not include the cost of the buffet dinner.

You will receive an edited DVD with all the precious moments in your BIG DAY!!!
If you wish, the Videographer can use your own music for the background.

Tours and activities can be arranged for any number of your group who wish to enjoy the full experience of visiting the Yucatan peninsula. - A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date of your wedding.
