Xaloc consists of only 18 rooms nestled beneath traditional thatch roofs. Here, you won't have the temptation to party 'til dawn in the hotel disco! We're about quieter, simpler pleasures.

Each of these 5 thatched roof bungalows is situated poolside in the middle of a tropical garden just behind the Beach Bungalows. Three units are equipped with 1 king size bed and the other two have 2 double beds. Located just a short distance from the beach, the Garden Bungalows are ideal for an unforgetable and tranquil experience.

Pool Bungalow

The beautiful Pool Bungalows are built around the second lagoon-style swimming pool, and are perfect for couples or families. Four units are equipped with 1 king size bed and the other five units have 2 double beds. Each room also comes complete with a private bathroom and patio with 2 hammocks. They are located behind the main reception building where you will enjoy the serene atmosphere of these amazing bungalows!

Superior Room

These newly built and beautifully designed rooms are located behind the Pool Bungalows in the most private zone of the resort. Each unit comes complete with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a patio with a table and sun lounger. The accommodations are located on two floors with 4 rooms on the ground floor, 7 rooms on the 2nd floor and at the top there is a beautiful solarium where it is possible to see both sides of the island (ocean and yalahao lagoon.)

Location

From the Cancun Airport head northwest for about 2.5 hours to Chiquila and take the ferry to Isla Holbox. Transfer service is available to book with your reservation at an additional cost.

Testimonials

Me and my fiancée stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we have to say that they really have nice people at the hotel, we arrived really early in the morning (around 7:30 am) and they took care of our luggage while we chilled-out a bit and then after we had breakfast they gave us our room! (approx. 9:00 am) even though check-in is at 3:00 p.m.
The beach at the hotel is just awesome and while we were snorkeling in front of the hotel we had the chance to see really pretty fish and even a couple of small stingrays, after sharing our experiences with the manager we realized that we were so lucky because normally you don't get the opportunity to see that close to the shore. Whenever we asked for information about the island the staff was ready to gave us their best tips about: what and where to eat, what to do and where to go.
