General
Room rates include all taxes, breakfast, and either lunch or dinner, your choice between the two. Beverages are not included in the rates. Rates and availability are not guaranteed until the deposit has been paid. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Cancellation
The following policies will apply and be strictly enforced. We recommend purchasing our Travel Insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- HIGH SEASON: (January 4th - April 10th) Cancellations for any reason made 15 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit 5% of payment amount plus any fees. Cancellations for any reason made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable.
- LOW SEASON: (April 11th - December 17th) Cancellations for any reason made 8 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit 5% of payment amount plus any fees. Cancellations for any reason made 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable.
- HOLIDAY SEASON: (December 18th - January 3rd) Cancellations for any reason made 22 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit 5% of payment amount plus any fees. Cancellations for any reason made 21 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable.
- WEDDING/GROUP POLICIES (Groups are considered 5 or more rooms): A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation and is non-refundable once paid. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable once paid. Travel Guard travel insurance is recommended.
- Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations (December 18th through January 3rd) will incur a $100.00 charge per change.
Deposit
DEPOSIT POLICY
- A deposit equal to 25% of the total room cost is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
- Final Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.
Check In
Check-in time is 3:00 PM local time.
Check Out
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon local time.

We have independent local representation for all of the products we sell. We, at the Turquoise Reef Group, want you to feel comfortable traveling in a foreign country. Children
Children, staying in the same room as an Adult, 5-12 years of age are charged at the junior rate. Ages 4 years and under are FREE! All others are considered Adults.
