General
Room rates do not include any meals or 14% tax. The hotel accepts Visa and MasterCard.Cancellation
The following policies will apply and be strictly enforced. We recommend purchasing our Travel Insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802.
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will incur a 5% penalty on any amount paid. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit deposit amount. Unused nights, No Shows and/or early departures are non-refundable.
For Christmas and New Years reservations (Dec 21 thru Jan 5) the deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 45 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will forfeit deposit amount. Unused nights, No Shows and/or early departures are non-refundable.
Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change
Deposit
A deposit of two nights plus 14% tax is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.Check In
