General
Room rates include taxes, but do not include any meals. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
Cancellation
The following policies will apply and be strictly enforced. We recommend purchasing our Travel Insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802. REGULAR CANCELLATION POLICY *
- Cancellations for any reason 8 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit plus any fees.
- Cancellations for any reason 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable.
Includes the dates December 17, 2009 to January 6, 2010.
- Cancellations for any reason 31 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit plus any fees.
- Cancellations for any reason 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable.
Deposit
REGULAR DEPOSIT POLICY
- A deposit amount equal to 3 nights of room rate is due at the time of booking.
- Final Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.

Check In
Check-in is at 3pm at the Mayazone Office on the corner of Calle 38 and 5th Avenue by La Cueva del Chango Restaurant.Check Out
