General
Room rates include breakfast, dinner and taxes. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
Cancellation
The following policies will apply and be strictly enforced. We recommend purchasing our Travel Insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- HIGH SEASON: (January 7th - April 16th) Cancellations for any reason made 15 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit amount plus any fees. Cancellations for any reason made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable.
- LOW SEASON: (April 17th - December 16th) Cancellations for any reason 8 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit plus any fees. Cancellations for any reason 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable.
- HOLIDAY SEASON: (December 17th - January 6th) Cancellations for any reason 31 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit plus any fees. Cancellations for any reason 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable.
- WEDDING/GROUP POLICIES: (Groups are considered 5 or more rooms) A deposit equal to 1 night of room rate is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation and is non-refundable once paid. A 2nd payment amount of 50% will come due 60 days prior to arrival. The final balance will them come due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable once paid. We recommend purchasing our travel insurance provided by Travel Guard for insurance coverage.
- Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change.
Deposit
DEPOSIT POLICY
- HIGH SEASON & LOW SEASON: A deposit amount equal to 1 night room rate is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.
- HOLIDAY DEPOSIT POLICY: (December 17th - January 6th) A deposit amount equal to 2 nights room rate is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.
- WEDDING/GROUP POLICIES: (Groups are considered 5 or more rooms) A deposit equal to 1 night of room rate is due at the time of booking. A 2nd payment amount of 50% of the remaining balance will come due 60 days prior to arrival. The final balance will then come due 30 days prior to arrival. All payments made for wedding/group room reservations or the wedding package are non-refundable once paid. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation. We recommend purchasing our travel insurance provided by Travel Guard for insurance coverage.
