14% tax or gratuity is not included in the room rates. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express.Cancellation
If a cancellation is made, the 10% deposit amount is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made within 3 weeks of the arrival date 75% of the remaining balance will be non-refundable. Same day cancellations and no shows will forfeit the entire balance.Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change
Deposit
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.Check In
