Cayuga Lodge

A 10' x 14' canvas walled tent situated on the beach atop a raised platform. The tent is complete with a porch area featuring hammocks and lounge chairs for relaxing outside. The Cayuga Lodge furnishings include one full size bed and one single bed, candles and a small light. The beachfront Cayuga Lodge can accomodate up to 3 people. It also has easy access to the community bath house/shower area.

Moon Palace

A 10' x 12' canvas walled tent situated right on the beach atop a raised platform. The Moon Palace also features a raised patio complete with hammocks and lounge chairs. Inside you'll find a comfortable queen size bed, night stands, candles and a small light. The beachfront Moon Palace tent can accomodate 2 guests. It also has easy access to the community bath house/shower area.

Starfish Room

The Starfish room is located in the main house, which is set back from the beach apporimately 50 yards. This room features a private entrance with access to the main house from the interior door. The Starfish room also has it's own private bathroom with a toilet and sink, electricity and a ceiling fan. A queen size bed, native furnishings and artwork complete this cozy and comfortable space. A foldaway bed is also available upon request to make the Starfish Room an option for 3 people. It also has easy access to the community bath house/shower area.

Tortuga Hut
Starting at $0.00

Located next to the main house the Tortuga Hut is a 24 foot camper with a sitting room, kitchenette and a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed. Tortuga Hut also features a full size futon, so it can accommodate up to 4 people altogether. It also has easy access to the community bath house/shower area. There are also special rates for extended stays in this room (weekly or monthly) so please ask us about those as well.

Location

Take Hwy 307 south from Cancun towards Playa del Carmen and Tulum. You will pass Limones after about 2.5-3 hours. About 5 km after Limones, turn left on the road to Mahahual (pay close attention as some of the signs are down). If you reach Pedro Santos you have gone too far and need to turn around. Continue for about 50 km. until you see signs for Xahuayxol and Xcalak. Take a right at the next road, which is right past a cement speed bump. Take this for 29 km. (pay close attention) to the Xahuayxol cutoff road and make a left. Take this 2 km down to the coast road and take a right. Okotuil is located 4 km down at the yellow house on the right hand side.
