General
Nightly rates include continental breakfast but do not include 14% tax. The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express but does not accept debit cards.Cancellation
*60 days or more prior to arrival 50% of the deposit is non-refundable and within 60 days of arrival the entire deposit would be non-refundable.*No shows and early departures are non-refundable
*Reservation is subject to cancellation if final balance is not paid 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fees will be applied.
*Cancellations for ANY reason are still subject to the cancellation schedule above. Outside travel insurance is highly recommended.
*Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change.
Deposit
A deposit equal to 50% of the reservation is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.Check In

We recommend purchasing our Travel Insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802. The submitted credit card will be charged automatically according to the payment schedule. We have independent local representation for all of the products that we sell, and we want you to feel comfortable traveling in a foreign country. If you have a problem with any of our products while in Mexico simply call one of our local representatives for help at 984-134-9424 from a local phone or 303-650-2600 from an American cell phone.
Children
Children 3 and under are free.Children 4-9 are charged a junior rate.
Children 10 and older are charged as an adult.
Extra beds are available at an additional cost to be paid at the hotel and are by request only.
