Opened in December 2004, this four story hotel offers 40 well-designed and spacious bedrooms with marble flooring plus balconies or terraces that overlook 8th street, 5th. Avenue, an Atrium patio, or the ocean.
A roof top fresh water swimming pool and sunbathing area overlooking the blue turquoise sea water, a pool side bar, and health spa with an indoor and outdoor massage parlor and steam room are just a few amenities that you will find in our hotel. For your additional convenience, you will find a Money Exchange, Deli market, PADI certified dive shop and a Restaurant on the hotel premises. The hotel offers high speed wired connection in every room and wireless Internet connection throughout the hotel.

just had the best vacation in Playa Del Carmen this month! My girlfriend & I spent 12 days at The Illusion Boutique Hotel & we couldnt have found anyone or anyplace better to stay! The staff is amazing, informative, trustworthy & courtious beyond belief. We were in Playa for the first time & we will be going back to the illusion shortly without a doupt! The hotel was clean, private, safe & located in the heart of Playa Del Carmen right on the beach! Close to shops, fabulous restaurants & of course the best beach real estate in town!! The roof top bar located next to the roof top pool mixed one of the best Pina Coladas around while giving a breathtaking view of the lush blue ocean & Cozumel island! Me and my lady spent night after night falling asleep while gazing up at the stars amazing! The night life in Playa is unbeatable, laid back & tons of fun! The illusion hotel offers the best cozy comfort that you just cant get anywere else!! Im from Vancouver BC & have travelled to Mexico many times. I highly recommend experiencing this amazing Illusion Boutique Hotel! Thanks Jaime for a great time see you again soon!!
