The CasaSandra hotel is a pure breath of fresh air. My partner and I typically stay in Kimpton and other 5 star hotels and the service at this hotel can give them all a run for their money. We just left Holbox but have already booked two more trips this year and cannot wait to get back. We got to know the staff who were absolutely amazing. The rooms were always spotless and the beach was gorgeous. We are a gay couple and were relieved to be accepted into the CasaSandra family with open arms.
