Blue Tulum Resort and Spa Policies

General

This in an All-inclusive resort that provides 3 meals, drinks, taxes, and gratuities daily. The resort accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

Cancellation

The following policies will apply and be strictly enforced. We recommend purchasing our Travel Insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802.

CANCELLATION POLICY

January 7, 2010 - April 11, 2010 and July 5, 2010 - August 15, 2010 - Cancellations for any reason made 15 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit 5% of payment amount plus any fees. Cancellations for any reason made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 2 nights of room rate plus any fees.
April 12, 2010 - July 4, 2010 and August 16th - December 22, 2010 - Cancellations for any reason made 4 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit 5% of payment amount plus any fees. Cancellations for any reason made 3 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 1 night of room rate plus any fees.
December 23, 2009 - January 6, 2010 - Cancellations for any reason made 31 or more days prior to arrival will forfeit 5% of payment amount plus any fees. Cancellations for any reason made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 3 nights of room rate plus any fees.
Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations (December 23rd through January 6th) will incur a $100.00 charge per change.

Deposit

A deposit amount equal to 3 nights of room rate is due at the time of booking.

Final Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.

The submitted credit card will be charged automatically according to the payment schedule. We have independent local representation for all of the products that we sell, and we want you to feel comfortable traveling in a foreign country. Children

Children under the age of 9 are free in parent's room. Children ages 9 - 12 pay a discounted junior rate. Children over the age of 12 are charged the adult rate.
