**IMPORTANT TRANSFER NOTICE**


You must take a ferry from Chiquila to Holbox and from Holbox to Chiquila upon return. Please make note of the ferry schedule below and plan accordingly!

Ferry Times From Chiquila:
06:00, 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00 & 19:00 (last one) 60 pesos


From Holbox to Chiquila:
05:00, 07:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 16:00 & 18:00 (last one) 60 pesos

Cancellation


The following policies will apply and be strictly enforced. We recommend purchasing our Travel Insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802.
REGULAR CANCELLATION POLICY *
  • Cancellations for any reason 8 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit plus any fees.
  • Cancellations for any reason 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable..

CHRISTMAS CANCELLATION POLICY
Includes the dates December 17, 2009 to January 6, 2010.
  • Cancellations for any reason 31 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit plus any fees.
  • Cancellations for any reason 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable..
GROUP POLICY/WEDDING POLICY 
These policies will apply to ALL wedding reservations and any one itinerary consisting of 5 or more rooms. 
  • Cancellations for any reason 8 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit plus any fees.
  • Cancellations for any reason 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit entire balance plus any fees and are non-changeable.


Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change.

  • Due at the time of booking deposit amount is equal to 3 nights of room rate.
  • Final Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.

  • Due at the time of booking deposit amount is equal to 3 nights of room rate.
  • Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

GROUP DEPOSIT POLICY/WEDDING DEPOSIT POLICY 
These policies will apply to ALL wedding reservations and any one itinerary consisting of 5 or more rooms.


  • Due at the time of booking deposit amount is equal to 50% or 3 nights of the reservation. 
  • Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.

If available the air-conditioned rooms will be in the two-story buildings and there will be an additional $20 charge per night. We have independent local representation for all of the products that we sell, and we want you to feel comfortable traveling in a foreign country. Children


Children under 2 years old are FREE!

Ages 3 to 11 are charged at the junior rate. Cribs are available by request only but this hotel is unable to provide extra beds.
