General
The rate includes Mexican Lodging Taxes of 14%. No meals are included.Cancellation
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your arrival date will forfeit 10% of the total amount. Cancellations made 30 - 15 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total amount. Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date are non-refundable.Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations (December 16th through January 6th) will incur a $100.00 charge per change.
Deposit
A deposit equal to 50% of the total room cost is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance comes due 30 days prior to your arrival. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.Check In
