General
Room rates do not include meals but do include 14% tax. The hotel accepts Visa and Mastercard.Cancellation
The following policies will apply and be strictly enforced. We recommend purchasing our Travel Insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations for any reason made 60 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit 5% of what has been paid on the reservation.
- Cancellations for any reason made 30-59 days prior to arrival will incur a 1 night penalty (or 5%, whichever is greater).
- Cancellations for any reason made 29 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- There are no refunds for early checkout from the hotel. In the event that Playa Azul has to closed due to a hurricane warning issued for the Riviera Maya by the Mexican Authorities, guests not already at the hotel will be issued a full refund. For guests already at the hotel, 50% of the unused balance with be refunded or the balance of any unused nights can be applied to a future stay at the hotel.
- Changes made 30 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $25.00 change fee per change.
- Changes made 29 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

We have independent local representation for all of the products that we sell, and we want you to feel comfortable traveling in a foreign country. Children
Guests 5 years of age and older are charged the extra person rate and children 4 and under stay FREE! A crib can be requested at an additional charge, but cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival.
