General
Room rates include a full breakfast and taxes. The hotel accepts MasterCard and Visa. Children under the age of 10 are free of charge in parents room.Cancellation
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival date will incur a 1 night penalty. Cancellations made between 30-5 days prior to arrival will incur a 3 night penalty. Cancellations made 4 days or less prior to arrival as well as no-shows are non-refundable.Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. *If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.Check In
