General
The rates include Continental breakfast but do not include 14% tax. There is not a full service restaurant on the premises but there is a beach bar and numerous other places to dine along the beach. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
Cancellation
The 50% deposit amount is non-refundable once paid and can only be used as a credit for a future stay at the hotel. Once the final balance has been paid 30 days prior to arrival, 40% of the reservation is refundable, 10% will be kept for administrative fees, and the remaining 50% can only be used as a credit for a future stay at the hotel. Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change.Deposit
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel. *If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.
