General
Meals and 14% tax are not included in the room rates. This hotel does not accept credit cards, only cash and travelers checks.Cancellation
If a cancellation is made 22 days or more prior to arrival, the 10% deposit amount is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made 21 days or less prior to arrival, 75% of the total balance is non-refundable. Same day cancellations and no shows will forfeit the entire balance.Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change
Deposit
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.Check In
