Okotuil Policies
General
All rates include continental breakfast and tax. Full breakfast can be purchased for $8.00, a simple lunch is available for an additional charge, and dinner can be purchased on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The hotel does not accept credit cards. Okotuil is not open between April 15th and November 30th.Cancellation
Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will incur a 10% cancellation penalty on any amount paid. Cancellations made between 3 and 14 days of the arrival date will incur a 50% penalty. Reservations cancelled within 3 days of arrival are non-refundableAny changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. A late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied to the reservation for each day after the due date that the final balance is not received.Check In

The submitted credit card will be charged automatically according to the payment schedule. We have independent local representation for all of the products that we sell, and we want you to feel comfortable traveling in a foreign country.
