General
Los Lirios rates include breakfast and tax. The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.Cancellation
High Season (Jan. 7th to April 15th and July 2nd to August 24th):-Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 5% penalty.
-Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the arrival date, as well as no shows, will incur a 1 night penalty.
Low Season (April 16th to July 1st and August 25th to December 19th):
-Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur 5% penalty.
-Cancellation made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, as well as no shows, will incur a 1 night penalty.
Holiday Season (Dec. 20th to Jan. 6th):
-Cancellations and no shows for reservations during these time periods are not accepted and will be penalized the full amount of the reservation plus any fees.
-After arrival at the hotel, cancellations and/or reductions will not be accepted.
-Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change.
Deposit
A deposit of one night is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.Check In
