General

Nightly rates do not include meals or 18% tax. The hotel accepts Visa and American Express.

Cancellation

November 1st through April 30th: Reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to the guests arrival will forfeit the $15 non-refundable deposit. Reservations cancelled within 7 days prior to the guest's arrival as well as no shows will receive a 1 night penalty. 
May 1st through October 31st: Reservations canceled outside of 2 days will forfeit the $15 non-refundable deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 2 days prior to the scheduled arrival as well as no shows will receive a 1 night penalty.

Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change. 

Deposit

A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservations will be confirmed at the time of booking and the guests credit card will be automatically charged the entire balance 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival.

We have independent local representation for all of the products that we sell, and we want you to feel comfortable traveling in a foreign country. Children

Children under 12 stay for free in parents room. Children younger than 9 receive 50% off of meals purchased at the hotel restaurant. Extra beds are available at an additional cost to be paid at the hotel and are by request only.
