Las Ranitas Tulum Hotel Policies
General
Room rates include taxes, no additional taxes will be applied. Room rates do not inlclude meals. There is a delicious Mexican restaurant specializing in regional cuisine with continental fares on site open from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM. There is no room service provided at this time. Many other terrific local restaurant options are within walking distance of Las Ranitas and downtown Tulum is a 10 minute cab ride (about $50.00 pesos per car load) for even more dining options.There is an extra person charge between $20.00 - $35.00 per night, per room, depending on season. Visa and Mastercard accepted at Las Ranitas.
Cancellation
The following policies will apply and be strictly enforced. We recommend purchasing our travel insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802.Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will be charged one night stay.
Cancellations made 59-31 days prior to arrival date will lose 50% of deposit.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival date lose entire amount paid. No shows are considered a cancellation.
