General
Rate includes an American breakfast for single or double occupancy. Tax is additional. Children under the age of 18 stay free. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express.Cancellation
Cancellations made 46 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $25 penalty.Cancellations 45 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 1 night penalty.
Cancellations 30 to 14 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty equal to 20% of the total cost; never less than 1 nights room rate.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty equal to 50% of the total cost; never less than 2 nights room rate.
Within 48 hours of arrival no refunds will be authorized so it is completely non-refundable.
Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival at the hotel. *If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.
