Holbox Dream Hotel Policies

General

Rates at Holbox Dream include continental breakfast and tax. This hotel does not accept credit cards.
**IMPORTANT TRANSFER NOTICE**


You must take a ferry from Chiquila to Holbox and from Holbox to Chiquila upon return. Please make note of the ferry schedule below and plan accordingly!

Ferry Times From Chiquila:
06:00, 08:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:00 & 19:00 (last one) – 60 pesos


From Holbox to Chiquila:
05:00, 07:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 16:00 & 18:00 (last one) – 60 pesos

Cancellation

If a cancellation is made outside the number of days listed below for each season, a full refund of the deposit will be made. If a cancellation is made within the number of days listed below for each season, the entire deposit is non-refundable. 

-Season 1 (May 1st to June 15th & Sept. 16th to Dec. 15th): 10 days prior to arrival
-Season 2 (Jan. 6th to April 30th & June 16th to Sept. 15th): 20 days prior to arrival
-Season 2 (Dec. 16th to Jan. 5th & March 16th to the 23rd): 40 days prior to arrival

EARLY DEPARTURE: A penalty of 80% of each night cancelled will be charged.
NO SHOWS: The entire deposit is non-refundable. 

In case of a cyclone, flood, or tsunami, the entire deposit is refundable for those reservations that have not arrived yet.
Cancellations and refunds will also incur a $20.00 administration/transaction fee. Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.

Check In

Check-in Time is 3:00 PM local time.

Check Out

Check-out Time is 12:00 Noon local time.

The submitted credit card will be charged automatically according to the payment schedule. We have independent local representation for all of the products that we sell, and we want you to feel comfortable traveling in a foreign country. Children

Children 2 and under are free, children 3 to 12 are charged at the child rate and children over 12 are charged at the adult rate. This hotel is not able to provide extra beds or cribs.
