Casa Ticul Policies

General

Casa Ticul rates include a continental breakfast but do not include 14% taxes. The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Cancellation

Holiday season (December 23rd to January 4th): Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will forfeti 5% of what has been paid on the reservation. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit 2 nights of the reservation and no shows will forfeit 3 nights of the reservation. All other seasons: Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit 5% of what has been paid on the reservation. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit 10% of the reservation and no shows will forfeit 1 night of the reservation.

Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change. 

Deposit

A deposit equal to 50% of the reservation is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

3:00 PM

Check Out

12:00 Noon. Check-out can be extended up until 5:00 PM for an additional charge of $20.00

We recommend purchasing our Travel Insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802. The submitted credit card will be charged automatically according to the payment schedule. We have independent local representation for all of the products that we sell, and we want you to feel comfortable traveling in a foreign country. Children

Casa Ticul does not allow children under the age of 16.
