Boca Paila Fishing Lodge Policies

General

Boca Paila Fishing Lodge rates include breakfast, lunch, dinner and tax. The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Cancellation

Once a reservation is confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable if it is cancelled. If a cancellation is made, a credit may be issued for a future stay at the lodge provided there is availability and at least 24 hours notice prior to the arrival date is given, but no refunds will be given. No shows are non-refundable.

Any changes made to reservations will incur a $25.00 charge per change. Christmas holiday reservations incur a $100.00 charge per change.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at the hotel. If the final balance is not received by the due date a late fee of $25.00 per day will be applied against your deposit for every day beyond the due date and reservations are subject to cancellation.

We recommend purchasing our Travel Insurance provided by Travel Guard. If you have any questions please call us at 1-800-538-6802. The submitted credit card will be charged automatically according to the payment schedule. We have independent local representation for all of the products that we sell, and we want you to feel comfortable traveling in a foreign country. Children

Children 11 and under stay free in their parents room. Children 12 and over are charged at the adult rate. Extra beds and cribs are available at an additional cost to be paid at the hotel and are by request only.
